Our dealer team offer consumers the following value added services;

- In 2007 we provided bespoke marketing solutions for over 3500 retail stores, solutions varying from range selection, market/consumer insight updates, packaging, development, communication events, POS design and production, promotion and merchandising.

- As a distributor it is vital we keep communication clear between our suppliers, the customer and ourselves. We operate an open-book policy, conducting regular 3 way meetings and conference calls allowing our customers’ access to our suppliers whilst managing our supplier’s abilities against our customers’ demands.

- A focus on customer needs and the ability to outsource their fulfilment, we offer a complete end-to-end solution that results in improved net efficiency for both our retailers and manufacturers.

Dextra's strategic focus enables customers to benefit from key industry insight which can be used to direct product ranging, customer targeting and overall business strategy. This focus on forward forecasting and trend analysis allows Dextra and its partners to remain at the forefront of the dynamic mobile industry.

Our new, independent customer survey highlighted areas of strength and development in 2007. As a result we implemented a number of process changes to further improve our customer service.
